Ideal for those short on freezer space but looking to stock up, our Customizable 1/8 Beef offers a convenient bulk option without the size of a quarter beef. Options can include a mix of 1# ground beef, 1/3# patties, steaks, roasts, and sticks/jerky. 

As a starting point, this package can contain 20# of ground beef, 4 chuck roasts, 8 New York Strip Steaks, 6 Ribeye Steaks. However, you can customize!
