TAKE HOME TODAY Quarter Beef & TRADITIONAL CUSTOM Quarter Beef
**Take Home Today Quarter Beef is our pre-selected, priced, know-what-you-are-getting option! There are no surprises! We have this option in stock and ready for you to take home today!! Add-ons available for an additional cost.

**Traditional, Custom Quarter Beef requires a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will go toward the final purchase total of your order.
We do not know the exact cost of your beef share until after the animal is taken to the butcher and processing is complete. This is an estimation of the cost, pricing is subject to change.
Cost Estimation (includes beef & processing):
1/4 Beef 200-225 lb = $1,140-$1,285
1/2 Beef 400-450 lb = $2,280-$2,565
Whole Beef 800-900 lb = $4,560-$5,130
We use the Atlantic Locker in Atlantic, Iowa and Weaver Meats in Afton, Iowa for our processing. Both lockers meet the high standards we expect for our meat and our customers!
